    Some situations unfold over days or weeks. During these times it can be helpful to have someone steady beside you.

    Companion Care includes a series of conversations and the ability to check in between sessions. It creates a supportive rhythm while you move through a challenging event, transition, or emotionally demanding period in life.

    A place to return to while things are still unfolding.

    Included in the Companion Care Series are:

    • 4 live chat sessions

    • Voice & text-message check-ins between sessions

    • Continues support when needed

    • To be used within one month

    Contribution

    Each month, new material is added to help you stay grounded, supported and empowered including:

    • short reflections and supportive insights for difficult moments
    • simple practices for emotional balance and inner steadiness
    • book and resource recommendations for deeper exploration
    • guided audio or short video reflections
    • lifetime practical tools you can return to whenever you need them

    The Circle of Care is a shared resource library created to offer steady encouragement and practical guidance whenever you need it.

    Included in the Circle of Care Membership is

    • 1 monthly video with personal reflections on various subjects
